No treatment involve!! DISCLAIMER: Hair must be fully detangled, if you have previous braids in please comb through your hair before attending the salon, this can incur a detangling charge of £10-30 extra or result in your appointment being cancelled and deposit paid lost. REASON: it can take sometimes an hour or more to detangle hair before the wash process starts, if you need a detangling service, you Must notify me in advance to your appointment, because I work on a strict time schedule. And if you book a one hour slot for a treatment but I’m unaware that your hair is tangled and it will take another 30mins to 1 hour to detangle it. It will not only put me behind, but also other clients who have commitments after their salon visits such as school runs, work, etc. By booking any service at Beautress you are agreeing to these terms. Please note: adding any form of heat to the hair can cause some form of heat damage. We try to minimise this by using a treatment before the press, and good heat protectant cream to keep their healthy and to stop breakage
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule please contact us 48 hours in advance, (DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND CAN ONLY BE TRANSFERRED ONCE. There is a £10 late fee charge for appointments over 15 mintues late, after this point your appointment may be cancelled. no shows will need to pay the full payment on all future appointments. Please arrive with detangled hair and and any braids removed must be brush through ( unless a prepping service is booked in advanced ) any weave service will incur an additional £10 for cutting, layering and curling and will also incur an additional £15 for mixing bundles ( for eg: highlighted effect ) Please note all appointments can come with up to a 45 minutes waiting time.
